Exciting New Developments at FPS. On July 1, 2026, Dr. Crenshaw was joined in leadership by Jessica Allison and Hannah Parsons, who now serve as managing partners at FPS. Over the next three years, Jessica and Hannah will work closely with Dr. Wes as they prepare to complete their purchase of Family Psychological Services and assume full ownership in early fall 2029. At that time, Dr. Wes will move into emeritus status, remaining connected to the clients and community he has served since 2000 while continuing to support the practice’s future. For longtime clients of Dr. Wes—some of whom have worked with him on and off since those early years—as well as those who have joined more recently, your care will remain just as it has been. Dr. Wes is healthy, active, and fully engaged, working daily either at the office or on his property in rural Lawrence. For the next three years, he will continue much as he has for the past fourteen, while helping FPS prepare for its next era. After the final sale, he and Grace will continue seeing approximately ten to sixteen clients each week, with priority given to existing clients. Together, Dr. Wes, Jessica, and Hannah are committed to ensuring a thoughtful, seamless transition—one that honors the foundation FPS has built, protects the continuity of care clients value, and positions the practice to remain Douglas County’s premier provider for children, teens, college students, adults, and couples in the decade ahead.
