Jessica works with late teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and gender dysphoria. She combines emotional attunement with practical, evidence-based strategies that help clients move toward meaningful change. Her training includes the Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and sex therapy and education, allowing her to tailor care to each client’s needs.
Jessica is especially effective with clients who feel stuck in rigid or extreme patterns of thinking, helping them find a more balanced way forward. Using DBT, radically open DBT, solution-focused therapy, and family systems work, she helps clients set goals rooted in their values and take practical steps toward lives that feel more purposeful and satisfying.
At the center of Jessica’s work is a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and respect. Her style is humorous, direct, creative, and deeply supportive. She meets clients with genuine care while encouraging them to stretch beyond familiar limits and build lives that reflect who they are and what matters most to them.
In late fall, 2029, Jessica will assume equal co-ownership of the practice, along with Hannah Parsons, when Dr. Wes retires and moves to part time status.
