Greta’s approach to therapy is open-minded, compassionate, and focused on empowerment. She believes that engaging in therapy helps individuals recognize their strengths and empowers them to continue personal growth, change, and become the best and healthiest versions of themselves. Greta utilizes an integrative approach grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is currently pursuing additional training and certification in Women’s Reproductive Health.
Greta’s experience enables her to create a welcoming environment for teens, fostering comfort and openness when sharing their stories. She is also passionate about working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges. Greta understands that living with anxiety or depression can make daily tasks such as work, school, and family responsibilities feel overwhelming. She focuses on helping clients recognize their strengths while implementing coping skills and techniques to manage difficulties when they arise. In her work with families, Greta appreciates that family dynamics can be complex and uses collaborative, problem-solving, and creative strategies to support families working together.
Recently, Greta has received specialized training to support women in their reproductive journeys, either individually or with their partners. She has experience working with women and couples navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, infertility treatments, and the process of becoming parents.
